Here's What to Expect
Adjuster calls back
A licensed NY public adjuster will call you at the number you provided. Have your policy documents nearby if you can.
Policy review
We review your insurance policy to identify all applicable coverages, riders, and endorsements that apply to your specific damage.
On-site inspection
We schedule an on-site visit to your property to document all damage — visible and hidden — with photos, measurements, and scope of loss.
We negotiate for you
We prepare and submit your full claim package, then negotiate directly with your insurer until you receive a fair settlement.
While You Wait — Protect Your Claim
Photograph everything
Take photos and videos of all damage before any cleanup or repairs. More documentation is always better — capture every affected room, wall, ceiling, and item from multiple angles.
Don't make permanent repairs yet
Do what's necessary to prevent further damage (cover broken windows, stop active leaks) but don't make permanent repairs before your adjuster has inspected. Insurers use this to reduce settlements.
Locate your policy
Find your insurance policy documents, your declarations page, and any recent policy renewal letters. Your insurer's claim hotline number will be on the declarations page.
Document your losses
Make a written list of all damaged property — including personal belongings, furniture, and equipment. Note the age and estimated value of each item. Receipts and photos help.
