Claimpress Inc. operates on a contingency fee basis. We do not charge upfront fees, retainers, or hourly rates. Our fee is a percentage of the final insurance settlement paid on your claim, collected only after your insurer issues payment.

Public adjuster fees in New York are regulated by the New York Department of Financial Services under New York Insurance Law. Our specific fee percentage will be clearly stated in the written engagement agreement prior to execution. Clients have the right to cancel the engagement agreement within three (3) business days of signing without penalty, as required by applicable New York law.

Our fee is calculated on the gross settlement amount paid by the insurer. Claimpress Inc. does not receive referral fees, commissions, or compensation from any contractor, attorney, insurer, or third party in connection with your claim.

Fees applicable in New Jersey and Connecticut are subject to the regulations of those respective states' insurance departments and will be disclosed in the applicable engagement agreement.
